The statement of the SRC Presidium on the attack on the Prime Minister

The Presidium of the Slovak Rectors' Conference condemns the violent attack on the Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic, Robert Fico. Violence is not a solution to any dispute, conflict or frustration and undermines democracy in our country. We appeal to politicians and the public to stop polarization in Slovak society.

We wish the Prime Minister of the SR a speedy recovery.
